花生脂肪含量的遗传多样性及与荚果性状的关系
Genetic diversity of oil content and relationship with pod characters in peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)
【摘要】 花生是我国重要的油料作物,种仁的脂肪含量和荚果性状是花生重要的品质性状。本研究采用红外线光谱无损伤测定技术测定了广东省农科院作物研究所保存的部分花生种质资源(1199份)的脂肪含量,探讨了花生脂肪含量的遗传多样性,分析了花生种质资源脂肪含量与荚果性状的相关关系。研究结果表明:花生种质资源的脂肪含量存在丰富的遗传多态性,脂肪含量变幅为28.07%~67.24%、平均为46.47%,且含量的高低与荚果性状无关。
【Abstract】 Peanut is an important oil and industrial crop in China.Oil content and pod characters are relative to seed quality in peanut.The objectives of study were to evaluate the genetic diversity of oil content in 1 199 peanut germplasm by fourier near infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that: there are great genetic diversity in peanut germplasm,the rank of oil content is about 28.07%~67.24%,and the average value is 46.47%.there are not relationship between oil content and pod characters.
