【摘要】 综述了广东省植物新品种保护现状,针对当前新品种保护工作中存在的认识不足、品种权申请量较少、维权困难等问题,提出了应该切实加强植物新品种保护工作,提高全民植物知识产权保护意识;完善政府管理体系,提高新品种保护工作水平;构建和完善植物新品种测试体系建设,为广东省植物新品种保护提供技术支持的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current situation of the protection of new plant variety in Guangdong province was summarized in this paper.Aiming at the problems,such as the lack of awareness,less amount of the candidate varieties and difficulties in right protection,it is brought forward that in the future the protection of new plant variety should be strengthened;the awareness of the protection of new plant variety should be enhanced;the system of the governmental management should be bettered to improve the efficiency of the work of the protection of new plant variety;the DUS testing system should be established and consummated to provide the technique support to the protection of new plant variety.更多还原
