【摘要】 分析了广东果树生产的现状,并对未来果树发展进行思考。指出目前广东主要大宗水果生产面积逐渐趋于稳定,产量持续增加,果品质量及采后商品化处理得到重视;但自然灾害及病虫害的威胁、管理粗放、产前产后不协调、缺乏深加工、科学研究及技术推广力度不大等问题仍然是制约广东果树产业发展的重要因素。开展无公害栽培、实行绿色食品认证和市场准入制度,对水果产地、品种结构、栽培管理技术、采后商品化处理及市场流通等各个环节进行调整和优化是广东果树产业发展的出路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current status and problems of fruit tree in Guangdong were studied in this paper.And we think about the future development of fruits industry in deeply.It points out that the areas and yields of fruits are increasing in recent years,and the quality and commercial of fruit were paid more attention.At the same time,they are some important facts to inhibit the development of fruits industry such as natural disaster,plant diseases and insect pests,misgovernment,disharmony of process of production,poor deeply machining,poor popularization of technology and so on.It will be the available way to develop the fruits industry in adjusting and optimizing fruit producing area,varieties,cultivation techniques by non-pollution planting and green-food certificated.更多还原
