【摘要】 中国教育部公布的最新数字显示:2004年中国高校毛入学率超过19%,实现了由“精英教育”向“大众化教育”的转变。然而,由于教学资源紧缺、教育体制新旧交替、学生生源质量下降、就业压力增加等因素的影响,学校的教风和学风面临严峻挑战。本文从教学指导、教学管理、教育管理三个方面阐述了大众化教育背景下学风建设体系的构建,提出了学风建设的新举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 The latest digit which Chinese Ministry of Education publishes shows : in 2004,the college matriculate rate of China exceeds nineteen percents which realizes the conversion from "elite education" to "popularization education". But because of influence factors such as pinching resource of running a school ,alternation of education system,degrading of students’s character,addition of employment pressure,the atmosphere of learning and instruction faces with the rigorous challenge.The author mainly from three systems of instruction guidance,instruction administration,education administration expounds the system of developing universities’ atmosphere of a school and presents the new act of developing atmosphere of a school at the background of popularization education.更多还原
