【Abstract】 Problem of the rural area,agriculture and peasant are most important difficult problem of the society and economy development in China,rural passenger transport’s development are problem of the rural area,agriculture and peasant to show in the field of communications and transportations.In the society and economy China’s "duality structure",the numerous realities problem of the rural passenger transports backward have to be formed in the long-term and its have not solved from beginning to end.This paper makes use of Pareto’s method to look for the main or key factors of the obstructs rural passenger transports development,and its purpose find to solve the obstacles in the rural passenger transports development that the making decision and managing departments and enterprises of the rural passenger transports provide reasonable and effective science basis.更多还原
