CNT-FED点阵显示器件的研制及其驱动电路设计
Development of Matrix CNT-FED and Driving Circuit
【摘要】 采用丝网印刷技术和等离子体表面处理方法,制备了16×16点阵式碳纳米管场发射显示器件(Carbon N anotube F ield Em ission D isp lay,CNT-FED)。根据CNT-FED的结构特点,研究了CNT-FED的显示驱动原理,设计了以51单片机为控制核心的驱动电路,实现了点阵式显示器件的动态显示。
【Abstract】 The 16×16 matrix addressable carbon nanotube field emission display(CNT-FED) was fabricated by screen printing technology and plasma surface treatment.Based on the structure of CNT-FED,the display principle was analyzed,and the driving circuit utilizing MCS-51 system was designed to obtain the dynamic display.
