手性扁桃酸光学拆分研究进展
Research Progress on the Resolution of Chiral Mandelic Acid
【摘要】 介绍了手性扁桃酸的各种拆分方法,讨论了各种方法的优缺点。以手性苯甘氨酸丁酯为拆分剂的方法操作简单、收率较高,适于工业化生产。
【Abstract】 Different methods in resolving of chiral mandelic acid are introduced in this paper.At the same time,the advantages and drawbacks of each of them are discussed here.The method of using optically active phenylglycine butyl ester as resolution agent can obtain the higher yield,and it is easy to operate.So it is suitable for industrial production.
