酪素-蒙脱土复合制备强耐水性高速贴标胶

【摘要】 介绍一种强耐水贴标胶的制备方法,考察了助分散剂、交联剂、淀粉以及碱等原料对酪素胶性能的影响。使用季铵盐改性的有机蒙脱土,显著提高酪素胶的耐水性能,其较佳用量为1%~2%。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the preparation technique and properties of high speed casein labeling adhesive with super water resistant were introduced.The influences of the materials such as assistant-dispersing agent,crosslinking agent,starch and alkali on the performance of the adhesive were investigated.It was concluded that the water resistant performance of the labeling adhesive was significantly improved via casein-[H4N(CH2)15CH3]+ montmorillonite composite method,as the preferred weight content of montmorillonite was 1%~2%.
