基于功率键合图的液压节流调速动态性能仿真研究
Simulation of the Dynamic Character of the Hydraulic Orifice Speedable System Based on Power Bond Graph
【摘要】 节流调速回路在小功率液压系统中得到广泛应用,但其速度稳定性不好。文中利用功率键合图法建立了3种节流调速回路的动态特性数学模型,并用Matlab数学软件对其速度进行动态特性仿真,从而讨论了在不同参数(管道直径)下3种节流调速回路的速度稳定性,并进行了分析比较,为今后设计相关液压系统和优化系统参数奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The orifice speedable system is widely used in a low power system,but the rate stability is low.Dynamic mathematical models of three hydraulic orifice speedable systems were established on a power bond graph in the paper,and numeral simulation of the dynamical properties of the speed was thoroughly and comprehensively investigated with the Matlab software.The rate stability was also discussed in light of different parameters,and the conclusion of analysis and comparison was also drawn,and sevved as the foundation of further studies of the design of a correlative hydraulic system and of the optimization of the parameter.
