高精度动态测角仪的光学及照明系统设计
Design of projection lens and illumination system of the high-performance dynamic instrument for measuring angles
【摘要】 根据测量风云四号气象卫星多通道扫描成像辐射计的扫描镜的动态运动精度是否达到1〞的要求,设计了一种新型的高精度动态测角仪,该测角仪利用了扫描成像辐射计的可见光通道,通过光学成像分析像点位置及相互关系的方法来评价扫描镜的运动精度。本文介绍了该测角仪的投影光学系统、照明系统设计过程并通过实验验证各部分达到了预定的性能要求。
【Abstract】 The high-performance dynamic instrument for measuring angles is designed because of the need to measure the dynamic scanning performance of the Fengyun-4 geostationary meteorological satellite imager. This system uses an array of Lighting Emitting Diodes (LEDs) radiating at 622nm, which is within the visible bands of the imager. The light from LEDs is projected through a fresnel lens and the target plane to the pupil of the projection lens. We can evaluate the scanner’s dynamic performance by analyzing the position of images and their relationship. This paper introduces the design of the high-performance dynamic instrument’s projection lens and illumination system, and also introduces the experiment which means to test every part’s performance.
