【Abstract】 This paper explores the current situations of adult education in Guangdong province and enterprise employee choice behaviors;and then it reveals various individual encouragement mechanisms through the game analysis of its value driving factors in adult education.After that,it commenced new market strategies so as to achieve the improvement of adult education.更多还原
