沙角C电厂3号机组脱硫吸收塔系统的优化分析
Optimization analysis for desulfurization absorption tower system of Unit 3 in Shajiao C Power Station
【摘要】 介绍了沙角C电厂3号机组烟气脱硫装置吸收塔系统的工艺流程、反应机理,通过吸收塔浆液的pH值、密度、氯含量、碳酸钙含量的分析,对吸收塔系统进行了优化调试,从而确保了沙角C电厂3号机组脱硫系统的安全、高效运行。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the technological flow and the reaction mechanism of the flue gas desulfurization(FGD) absorption tower system of Unit 3 in Shajiao C Power Station are described,and an optimization analysis for the absorption tower system is presented by analyzing the pH-value,the density,the chlorinity,and the content of calcium carbonate of the scrubber,so as to ensure the desulfurization system of Unit 3 to operate safely and efficiently.
