【摘要】 设备状态检修是一种先进的检修管理方式,能有效地克服定期检修造成设备过修或失修的问题,提高设备的安全性和可用性。在水电厂实施设备状态检修是企业实现管理现代化、提高综合实力的有效途径之一,也是建设一流火力发电企业的重要内容,是管理创新、技术创新的具体体现。状态监测是状态检修的基础,而对监测结果的有效管理和科学应用则是状态检修得以实现的保证。同时,状态监测与故障诊断也是设备现代化管理的重要组成部分,为此,介绍了广州蓄能水电厂电气设备实行状态监测的现状、完备的在线状态监测体系的具体内容和实现办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an advanced maintenance management means,state maintenance of equipments can effectively overcome the problems of over or under maintenance in periodic mode,thus improving the security and availability of the equipments.State monitoring is the foundation of state-maintenance;the effective management and scientific application of the monitoring results are the guarantee of realizing state-maintenance.Meanwhile,state monitoring and fault diagnosis are important component parts of modernized management of equipments.This paper describes the status quo of electric equipment state monitoring in Guangzhou Pumped-Storage Power Station.The specific content and the realization method of a self-contained on-line state monitoring system are included as well.更多还原
