【摘要】 通过分析当前我国电力行业环境污染状况和广东省粤电集团有限公司环境保护监督的管理状况,阐述了运用信息网络技术建立粤电环保监督管理信息系统的必要性,并介绍了该系统的结构、实现技术和功能。该系统按计划、执行、检查、处理(PDCA)循环原理进行信息管理,借鉴标杆管理方法确定环境保护指标,采用分层管理体系架构构建业务流程,系统结构为浏览器-服务器-数据库(B/S/DB)三层架构。该系统具有数据预警、灵活生成报表、数据统计动态管理等功能,对有效地进行电力环境保护监督管理、提高电力企业的健康生产运行水平有重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the analysis of current environmental pollution produced by power industry in China and the environmental protection supervision and management status of Guangdong Yudean Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper expounds the necessity of adopting information and network technology to construct Yudean supervision and management information system for environmental protection.The structure,realization technique and function of the system are described.The system manages information as per the PDCA(plan,do,check,and act) circulation theory,sets environmental protection indexes using target-rod management method for reference,and establishes operation flow in the mode of hierarchical management system.The system is structured as browser/server/database,and has the function of data early-warning,flexible report generation,data statistics dynamic management,etc,thus playing an important role in the effective supervision and management of power environmental protection as well as the improvement on the healthy production level of the enterprise.更多还原
