双线偏振多普勒雷达及其探测技术的应用
Dual Linear Polarimetric Doppler Radar and the Applications of the Detection Technology
【摘要】 介绍了双线偏振多普勒天气雷达的基本原理和双偏振参量。阐述了几种较常使用的估测降水强度的算法,并分析了不同算法之间的差异。讨论了利用双线偏振雷达观测资料识别冰雹区的方法,其中,基于模糊逻辑技术的冰雹识别模式,不仅可以反映出实际的冰雹区位置,而且还可以对其分类。
【Abstract】 Basic principles and the dual-polarization parameters of the dual linear polarimetric doppler radar are reviewed by the authors as well as the applications of the detection technology: some generally used QPE(Quantitative Precipitation Estimation) algorithms with a discussion of the differences among them,and the techniques to identify hail regions,among which,fuzzy-logic based hail detection algorithm can not only identify the position of the hail regions,but also make a classification of them.
