【Abstract】 Six Sigma is a valid method for process control and continuous improvement.Aiming at the questions that exist in complicated system integration process management,this paper analyzes the feasibility of applying Six Sigma in system integration process,and puts forward a system integration model based on Six Sigma.The model has characteristics of timely feedback of information,continuous betterment of process,heightening quality and reducing cost.The model has been used in a project and the impact is visible.更多还原
