【摘要】 分析流程再造理论在实践中所遇到的问题及其原因,提出了生产系统约束的系统分析和再造方法。这一方法对现有的生产系统约束分类进行改进,将约束分为硬约束和软约束,提出对不同类别的约束采取不同的解决措施;建立基于系统动力学的工作流模型,以反映人的因素对流程产生的影响,并采用过程挖掘技术实现对生产系统约束的追踪、控制及改进。这一方法的目的是控制再造范围,明确再造重点,降低流程再造的风险,克服再造过程中由于约束转移带来的问题,并注重人的因素在流程再造中的作用,从而系统解决生产系统约束。最后,对所提出的方法进行实证分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problems of business process reengineering are analyzed,and the methodology of systematic analysis and reengineering to the constraints of production systems is put forward.This methodology proposes a new classification to the constraints of production system,and provides the ideas of establishing work flow models based on system dynamics in order to reflect the influence of human factor on process flow,and exploiting the technique of process mining to trace and control the constraints.The objective of this methodology is to solve the constraints of production(systems) by means of overcoming the problems caused by the transfer of the constraints,and emphasizing the role of human factors in the reengineering process.In the end,a case study is given to validate the methodology.更多还原
