【摘要】 以国家统计局发布的1991-2003年度统计数据为基础,运用广义的Cobb-D oug las生产函数,对中国科技投入的经济效果进行了实证分析,结果表明:中国科技投入不但对当期的经济增长具有促进作用,而且还存在滞后效应;中国科技投入对经济增长的滞后期只有两年,科技投入短视行为明显;中国在增加科技投入的总量的同时,更要对科技投入的结构、科技资源的优化配置和使用效率给予足够的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the data from 1991 to 2003 released by the China Statistical Bureau,applied general Cobb-Douglas(productivity) function,this article takes empirical analysis on the relationship between science and technology investment and economic effect.The results show: science and technology investment not only brings about the present economic growth but also has retardation influence,and the retardation influence is only two years,its short behavior is very distinct;It is needed to not only pay attention to the gross but also to the structure and equipment and efficiency of the science and technology investment.更多还原
