【摘要】 以670家中国企业为研究样本,采用结构方程模型分析了投资风险对企业项目生命周期的影响。结果表明:第一,在中国企业的项目生命周期中,企业特别关注“利率风险”却不太重视“产品生命周期风险”,而“财务风险”“通货膨胀风险”“政策风险”“技术创新风险”“汇率风险”的重要程度极为接近,介于“利率风险”与“产品生命周期风险”之间;第二,投资风险对中国企业项目生命周期中各个阶段的影响具有较大差异,具体而言,项目论证阶段受投资风险的影响最大,项目发现阶段和项目执行阶段受投资风险的影响比较大,而项目评价阶段受投资风险的影响较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the influence of investment risks on project life cycle by structure equation modeling,using a database of 670 companies in China.The result demonstrates the following: firstly,in China’s companies’ project life(cycle,) they are especially concerned with the ″interest rate risk″, while less concerned with the ″product life cycle risk″.The influence of ″inflation risk″,″financial risk″,″exchange rate risk″,″technical innovation risk″ and ″policies’ risk″ are almost equal,and their importance are between ″interest rate risk″ and ″product life cycle risk″.Secondly,there is a great difference in the influence of investment risks on project life cycle.Specifically,investment risks have greatest effect on the project(argument) stage and greater effect on its detection and implementation stages,while less effect on its evaluation stage.更多还原
