【摘要】 随着中国交通运输业的快速发展,各交通方式也都在不断完善各自的运输网络。但作为综合交通运输系统的子系统,各运输方式之间如何实现协调发展的问题变得愈来愈突出。本文运用数据包络分析方法的相关概念和方法,建立了综合交通运输各子系统之间协调发展程度的评价模型,定量化地研究了1995~2004年度中国综合交通各运输方式之间的协调发展效度,详细分析了两两运输方式之间及综合运输系统的协调发展状况,并分析其成因。最后,找出中国综合交通协调发展过程中存在的问题,并就这些问题提出相应的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the high-speed developing of Chinese traffic,all kinds of the transportation is perfecting their traffic network(continually.) But as the subsystem of the(comprehensive) transportation system,these traffic modes have the problems of(how)(to) perform harmony development that the problem becoming more and more outstanding.This paper,by useing the correlation(idea) and method of Data Envelopment Analysis,built these evaluation models of all kinds of traffic and(studied) quantificationally the harmony development utility degree between Chinese comprehensive transportation modes in 1995～2004,and analysesd the cause of formation.At the last,we found out the problems in the proceed of our country comprehensive traffic’s harmony development and gave advise to resolve these problems.更多还原
