大折转角弯曲扩压叶栅变冲角性能研究
PERFORMANCE OF CURVED COMPRESSOR CASCADES WITH LARGE CAMBER ANGLES AT DIFFERENT INCIDENCES
【摘要】 实验研究了叶片正弯曲对某大折转角扇形扩压叶栅变冲角性能的影响。结果表明,叶片吸力面表面静压沿展向呈现明显的“C”型分布,促使端部附近低能流体向中径处迁移,且冲角越大,叶展中部低能流体积聚越多,损失增加明显;零冲角和负冲角时,15°、20°弯角正弯叶栅总压损失低于直叶栅,正冲角时情形相反,而25°弯角正弯叶栅损失在所有实验冲角下均大于直叶栅。因此,慎重选择设计参数是在大折转角扩压叶栅中成功应用叶片弯曲技术的前提。
【Abstract】 The experimental study of curved compressor cascades with large camber angles at different incidences shows that the curved compressor cascades establish obvious opposite "C" type pressure distribution along the blade height on the suction section, which helps move the low energy fluid from the two endwalls to the midspan. As the incidences increase, the loss and the accumulation of low energy fluid near the midspan is increasing. The total pressure loss of positive curved compressor cascades with the curved angles of 15° and 20° is lower than that of the straight cascade at 0° and negative incidences, while higher at positive incidences. The cascade with 25° curved angles, however, has higher loss than the straight cascade at all incidences, indicating a cautious design in the curved compressor cascades with large camber angles.
