In this paper, the heat capacity of the rabbit artery with or without MeSO2 is measured under the temperature form 30℃ to -140℃, using Stepscan method of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The conclusion is that the maximum apparent heat capacity of rabbit artery during phase change without MeSO2 is lower than that of rabbit artery with MeSO2.
