椭圆柔性铰链的计算与分析

【摘要】 基于材料力学中的变截面梁的弯曲理论,通过引入椭圆离心角作为积分变量,直观地得到了椭圆型柔性铰链的柔度计算的积分公式。通过定义中间参数,推导出了较为简洁的解析计算公式,从而避免了费时的数值积分。分别分析了切口几何形状、尺寸以及最小厚度与铰链的柔度之间的关系。用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析了多个不同尺寸的椭圆柔性铰链。有限元方法分析结果与此解析计算公式的计算结果吻合得很好,说明了此解析计算公式的正确性。

【Abstract】 Based on the bending theory of beam with variable cross-section in mechanics of materials,a novel integral formula for elliptical flexure hinge is deduced by introducing centrifugal angle as the integral variable.By defining an intermediate parameter in the integral formula,a more concise analytical equation of rotation compliance of elliptical flexure hinges is presented,thus avoiding time-consuming numerical integrals.The relationships among the rotation compliance of elliptical flexure hinges,the shapes and sizes of elliptical notches,and the minimum hinge thickness of them are analyzed.A number of elliptical flexure hinges with different shapes are analyzed with ANSYS finite element software.The results of the finite element analysis and the analytical ones are in good agreement,which indicates that the analytical equations are correct.
