【Abstract】 With the basic formula of rectangular section concrete member with compression and flexure, the calculation formula of cracking moment of concrete compressive and flexural member was derived. Through calculation, a simplified calculation formula of cracking moment which is on the basis of concrete strength ,axial compression ratio and reinforcing bar ratio was built.
