虚拟样机技术在开发新型液压机械无级变速器中的应用

【摘要】 应用Pro/EWildfire软件建立了该变速器主要零件的实体模型,并完成机构虚拟总装配及干涉检查;应用ADAMS软件建立了该变速器传动系统虚拟样机,并模拟装置在现实环境下的运动,仿真测量位移、速度、加速度及力随时间变化的曲线,并以仿真结果为基础,设计了配重平衡装置。结果表明,该变速器装配体间无干涉,零件结构设计合理;通过对9个柱塞的位移、速度和加速度曲线的仿真分析,验证了传动系统仿真模型建立的合理性;设计的配重装置可大大减缓变速器轴承处支撑反力的波动。

【Abstract】 With application of Pro/E Wildfire software, the physical model of main parts in gear-box is established. It can realize virtual assembly and interference check of the mechanism. Using ADAMS software, a virtual prototype of gear box transmission system is set up which can simulate the movement in real conditions and evaluate the variation curves of the displacement, velocity, acceleration and force with the time. A counterweight balancing device is designed on the basis of simulation results. It is shown from the results that the parts to be assembled in gear-box have no interference and the parts’ structure design is reasonable. Through simulation on the displacement/velocity/acceleration curves of nine pistons, the feasibility of simulation model establishment of transmission system is verified. The designed counterweight device can largely reduce the fluctuation of reacting force on the bearing of gear-box.
