【Abstract】 In association with the research and application practice of 6σde-sign mode, relationship between 6σdesign and 6σimprovement is discussed. On the basis of IDDOV, which is the five initial letters from five stages in 6σdesign, basic procedure of 6σdesign, main tools used in every stage of the procedure and implementation re-sults of every stage are expatiated. Development for an auxiliary digital platform in 6σdesign and present research situation are de-scribed. Some precautions to be noted when enterprises implement 6σdesign are pointed out, which is helpful for domestic manufac-turers to scientifically realize and successfully apply 6σdesign.更多还原
