【Abstract】 At present,problems in the teaching management of independent colleges exist in the following aspects: teaching plan,teaching staff,management regulations,teaching methods,quality supervision,etc.In order to solve the problems,we should work out a cultivation aim which is fit for students’ dimentional development,provide them with optional curriculum system,strive for stable and pluralistic teachings taff,and take measures to enhance teaching adjustment and control.更多还原
