【摘要】 目的观察阿德福韦治疗HBeAg阴性、HBV DNA阳性慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法选择HBeAg阴性、HBV DNA阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者46例和HBeAg阳性、HBV DNA阳性慢性乙型肝炎47例。两组病例均口服阿德福韦10毫克,每日1次,治疗2年(实际平均完成11.8个月)。结果HBeAg阴性组和HBeAg阳性组病例ALT复常率在治疗结束时为82.6%(38/46)、85.1%(40/47),停药3个月时为32.6%(15/46)、31.9%(15/47)。HBV DNA阴转率在治疗结束时为30.4%(15/46)、29.8%(14/47),停药3个月时为13%(6/46)、12.8%(6/47),两组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论阿德福韦治疗HBeAg阴性和HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的近期疗效一致,但是在停药后两组大部分病例都复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of adefovir treatment for chronic hepatitis B with HBeAg negative and HBV DNA positive.Methods There were 46 cases of chronic hepatitis B with HBeAg negative and HBV DNA positive,and 47 with positive HBeAg expression and positive HBVDNA,all treated with adefovir 10mg per day orally and the course of treatment was 2 year(11.8 mon for average).Results The normalization rates of ALT of two groups at the end of treatment were 82.6%(38/46),85.1%(40/47)and 3 months after the treatment the data were 32.6%(15/46),31.9%(15/47).The clearance rates of HBV DNA at the end of treatment were 30.4%(15/46),29.8%(14/47)and 3 months after the treatment the data were 13%(6/46),12.8%(6/47).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The short-term curative effect of adefoyir treatment for chronic hepatitis B with negative HBeAg expression was similar to those with positive HBeAg expression,and most patients relapsed after the treatment.更多还原
