【摘要】 目的分析瘢痕疙瘩浸润部、增生部和老化部凋亡蛋白Bcl-2表达差异以探讨瘢痕疙瘩呈浸润性生长的机制。方法取手术切除的瘢痕疙瘩组织及正常皮肤各12例为标本,对12例瘢痕疙瘩组织和正常皮肤行白细胞介素2免疫组织化学染色,比较瘢痕疙瘩不同病理部位和正常皮肤Bcl-2差异。结果瘢痕疙瘩浸润部Bcl-2明显高于增生部、老化部和正常皮肤,差异有显著性(q=4.29,P<0.05),瘢痕疙瘩增生部Bcl-2明显高于老化部和正常皮肤,差异有显著性(q=4.20,P<0.05),而后两者间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论瘢痕疙瘩不同部位Bcl-2的表达差异可能是导致瘢痕疙瘩呈浸润性生长的机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the aggressive growth characteristics in invasive,proliferative and aged parts of keloid by analysing the Bcl-2 index.Methods Fibroblasts of 12 keloids cases and 12 normal skin cases were investigated by immunohistochemical analysis of Bcl-2.Bcl2 index of difference parts in keloids and normal skin were compared.Results The Bcl-2 index of invasive parts of keloids was higher than those of proliferative and aged parts of keloid and normal skin(q=4.29,P<0.05).The Bcl-2 index of proliferative parts in keloids was higher than those of aged parts of keloid and normal skin((q=4.20),P<0.05).However there was no siginficant deference between the aged parts of keloid and the normal skin.Conclusion The difference in distribution of Bcl-2 indes may be responsible for the aggressive growth of keloid.更多还原
