葱谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（NH4）2SO4盐析范围的选取
Selection of Density of（NH4）2SO4 for Glutathione Peroxidase from Allium fist losum L.
【摘要】 谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)具有防止畸变、延缓衰老、清除自由基等重要生理功能,对其资源的开发和利用有重要意义。以谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶酶活性较高的6种新鲜植物为材料,选取酶活性最高的葱为(NH4)2SO4盐析材料,实验结果表明:谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶主要在40%~80%饱和度(NH4)2SO4内析出。
【Abstract】 Allium fist losum L.was used as the experiment material selected from six species of fresh plants which were rich in GSH-Px.The result showed that glutathione peroxidase was precipitated at 40%～80% fractions of(NH4)2SO4.
