聚丙烯酸酯类浆料的合成及性能
Synthesis and characterization of acrylate sizing agent
【摘要】 运用正交设计方法,选取丙烯酸、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯,甲基丙烯酸甲酯4种单体合成了适合于涤棉混纺纱上浆的聚丙烯酸酯浆料,以取代PVA浆料上浆;分别研究了引发剂用量及乳化剂配比对聚合稳定性的影响。通过对聚丙烯酸酯浆料性能的测试,结合离差分析的方法研究单体对浆料性能的影响;分析、对比了几种聚丙烯酸类浆料性能。结果表明,所合成的聚丙烯酸酯浆料是一种低吸湿、低再粘浆料。
【Abstract】 Applying orthogonal design method,a new-type acrylate sizing agent was synthesized from acrylic acid,ethyl acrylate,n-butyl acrylate and methacrylate,which was fit for sizing cotton/ polyester blended yarns for the purpose of substitution of it for PVA size.The effect of the initiator dosage and the mixing ratio of emulsifying agent on the polymerization stability and of monomers on the sizing performance were investigated through testing in combination with analysis of variance.The sizing performance characteristics of several kinds of acrylate sizing agents were analyzed and compared.The results show that the synthesized acrylate sizing agent is one with low hygroscopicity and low re-adhesion.
