【摘要】 文章运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对江西省基层体校田径教练员的现状进行了调查、分析。结果显示,江西基层体校田径教练员队伍的年龄结构较为合理,但还存在着学历较低,职称结构不合理,对教练员的引进机制缺乏科学性和战略眼光等问题。针对存在问题提出了对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 By conducting a search through related documents,utilizing the methods of inquiries,statistics,the present situation of grass-roots coaches on track and field in Jiangxi province has been investigated and analyzed.The outcome is that their age structure is rational,but there exist problems such as lower educational levels,irrational structure of professional job titles,a lack of scientific guidance and strategic foresight in the mechanism of introducing coaches.Aiming at solving these problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures against them.更多还原
