2,6-二溴-4-氨基吡啶的合成
Preparation of 2,6-dibromo-4-aminopyridine
【摘要】 从时间分辨荧光免疫分析双功能螯合剂合成需要出发,设计了2,6-二溴-4-氨基吡啶的合成路线.以2,6-二溴吡啶为起始原料,经过氧化、硝化和还原三步合成了该化合物,通过红外光谱、元素分析和熔点测定对其进行了表征.证明了该结构和合成方法的可靠性,并分别探讨了各步产物合成反应条件的影响,具有一定的参考价值.
【Abstract】 The synthetic route of 2,6-dibromo-4-aminopyridine was designed with the aim to satisfy the need of bifunctional chelates of time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay.It was prepared from 2,6-dibromopyridine by oxidation,nitration and reduction.The structure of this product was determined by IR,element analysis and melting point.The result proved the reliability of this product and the synthetic method.The reaction conditions was also invertigated.
