【Abstract】 Calix[4]arene hydrazide derivative,(2) was obtained by the reaction of calix[4]-1,3-bis-ethylacetate (1) with hydrazine hydrate. Treatment of compound (2) with phenyl isothiocyanate, a new calix[4]arene derivative (3) containing amides and thiourea units was synthesized. The total yield was as high as 85%. The extraction experiments for amino acids showed that compound (3) exhibited good selective extraction ability for isoleucine.更多还原
