两种含钆双1∶11杂多配合物的合成、表征、稳定性及驰豫性质
Synthesis, characterization, stability and relaxation behaviours of bis-1∶11 series gadolinium heteropolymetalates
【摘要】 以两种稀土杂多配合物K15[Gd(BW11O39)2]和K17[Gd(CuW11O39)2]作为研究对象,采用元素分析、红外光谱对其结构进行表征,并用电导法对其稳定性、溶解性进行研究,测试其在水中及运铁蛋白溶液中的弛豫效率.结果表明这两种稀土杂多配合物的弛豫效率远高于目前临床常用的造影剂Gd-DTPA,是比较好的潜在的磁共振成像造影剂候选化合物.
【Abstract】 Two gadolinium heteropolymetalates, K_ 15 [Gd(BW_ 11 O_ 39 )_ 2 ] and K_ 17 [Gd(CuW_ 11 O_ 39 )_ 2 ], have been synthesized and characterized by IR and elemental analysis. The conductometric titration studies indicate that both complexes have good thermal stability and wide pH stability range. The T_ 1 -relaxivities of 17.12 mmol~ -1 ·L·s~ -1 for Gd(BW_ 11 O_ 39 )_ 2 and 19.95 mmol~ -1 ·L·s~ -1 for Gd(CuW_ 11 O_ 39 )_ 2 (400 MHz, 25 ℃) were much higher than that of the commercial MRI contrast agent (GdDTPA) in aqueous solution. The results indicate the two gadolinium heteropolymetalates being potential contrast for MRI.
