Si含量对Fe-20Ni-3.5C自润滑材料组织与性能的影响
The effect of Si addition on the microstructures and properties of Fe-20Ni-3.5C self-lubricating material
【摘要】 采用熔炼法制备不同Si含量的Fe-20Ni-3.5C固体自润滑合金,研究了Si含量对Fe-20Ni-3.5C合金机械性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响.研究表明,随着硅含量的增加,固溶于奥氏体基体中的碳含量逐渐降低,结晶中的片状石墨逐渐短粗化和球化.当硅含量为2.5%时,合金的硬度与抗拉强度最高而相对应的冲击韧性则较低.材料的干摩擦因数和磨损率随着合金硬度的提高而降低,其中Fe-20Ni-3.5C-2.5Si合金硬度高,摩擦因数最低,干摩擦因数保持在0.23,其磨损形式为疲劳磨损.
【Abstract】 Fe-20Ni-3.5C self-lubricating alloy with different silicon addition was prepared by melting method.The effects of silicon content on the mechanical and dry friction properties were studied.The results show that with increasing of silicon content,the quantity of carbon atom melting to the austenite decreases and the flake graphite will be stubby and spherical.It is found that the hardness and tensile strength reach the maximum value while the impact toughness is lower in the alloy of 2.5% silicon content;both the coefficient of dry friction and wear rate reduce with increasing of hardness.Fe-20Ni-3.5C-2.5Si alloy has the lowest dry friction coefficient of 0.23 and the failure mechanism is fatigue wear.
