【Abstract】 In mostcases, conventional process is adopted for warp sizing, i.e. the warp is unwound from the beam and directly sentinto thesizing box, and while pre-wetsizing method is seldom used. This paper studies the processing parameters of pre-wet sizing process through experiments and analyzes the mechanism of pre-wet sizing technique.
