三维机织间隔织物复合材料的设计和织造
Design and Manufacture of 3D Woven Spacer Fabric Composite
【摘要】 根据三维机织间隔复合材料的结构特点,实验在织造间隔层和表面层时分别采取定长送经和定张力送经的方式,采用机械摩擦送经辊的装置,用手糊工艺的方法复合树脂基体。文章提出一种W形的经纱运动轨迹图,即在表面形成对应交错的W形,两个表面层之间的间隔纱线则由经纱上下交织而成。
【Abstract】 Based on structural characteristics, a three-dimen- sional woven spacer fabric composite is manufactured in such a way that first weave a spacer fabric by let off fixed-length warp to the core layer and fixed-tension warp to the surface layer by using mechanical friction roller, and then apply compound resin to thefabric by using hand paste method. Thearticle introduces a cross-sectional diagram of warp movement, where warp threads connect the two surfacelayers in W shape. The resulted composite has good thermal- and sound-insulation and impact- resistant properties.
