【摘要】 为探讨参芪桂苷汤对异丙肾上腺素致大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用,采用皮下注射30 mg/kg异丙肾上腺素造成Wistar大鼠心肌缺血性损伤模型,30只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、缺血模型组、参芪桂苷汤组,观察心电图、心肌病理、血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,结果发现参芪桂苷汤组可显著降低异丙肾上腺素所致心肌缺血大鼠的心电图异常升高的ST段,使血清CPK、LDH降低,增加心肌组织SOD的活力,减少MDA生成,与模型组比较,P<0.05,说明参芪桂苷汤对大鼠心肌损伤有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the protective effect of shenqi guigan decoction on myocardial injury rats induced by isoproterenol(ISO).Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups(control group,model group and shenqi guigan decoction treatment group),the last two groups were given subcutaneous injection of ISO(30mg/kg) to induce myocardial injury.The electrocardiogram,the pathological changes on myocardium,the levels of CPK and LDH in serum,SOD and MDA on myocardium of three groups were detected.The results showed that shenqi guigan decoction could markedly decrease abnormal ST segment elevation in myocardial injury rats induced by ISO,reduce the levels of CPK and LDH,increase the activity of SOD,and reduce the production of MDA,there was significant difference between the last groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shenqi guigan decoction has the protective effects on myocardial injury rats.更多还原
