【摘要】 为探讨针刺对大鼠坐骨神经损伤修复的作用机理,取66只SD大鼠,用钳夹法制成大鼠坐骨神经损伤模型,针刺委中、环跳穴,2、4、6周观测坐骨神经功能恢复率、电生理恢复率、脊神经节、脊髓前角细胞辣根过氧化物酶标细胞计数等指标,结果表明针刺对促进大鼠坐骨神经损伤修复的作用明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 To probe the mechanism of acupuncture for repairing injury of sciatic nerve,66 SD rats modle of injury of sciatic nerve were made by ring clamp,and then acupunctured in Weizhong(B46),Huantiao(G30).Functional recovery rate of sciatic nerve,recovery rate of electrophysiology,cell counts of dorsal ganglion cell and spinal cord anterior horn cell labeled by horse radish peroxidase,etc.were detected after 2,4,6 weeks.The result indicated that acupuncture could obviously promote the repair of injury of sciatic nerve.更多还原
