【Abstract】 The findings of an investigation made in Luojiang District in October 2005 show that,firsthy,to promote the new-type rural cooperative medical service,we should focus on the procedure of publicity,in order to reinforce the farmer’s confidence in the government,and therefore to transfer the intense cooperative willingness to high cooperation rate;secondly,individual financing could be raised from10 to 20 Yuan;lastly,reimbursement policy should favor the township health center to achieve a low level to join and high rate of reimbursement.更多还原
