【Abstract】 The construction of harmonious hospital is both an essential requirement of the building of a harmonious society,and a significant condition for the existence and development of hospitals in the new era.To construct a harmonious hospital involves the buildup of a harmonious relationship between hospital staff and patients,the introduction of harmonious medical treatment,and the establishment of harmonious hospital culture.People-oriented management and the arrangement of the Year of Hospital Management are the two major methods(adopted) contributing to strengthening the hospital’s management,and constructing harmonious hospitals.The clinical laboratory plays an important role in the process of constructing harmonious hospitals,which would be accomplished mainly by systematic monitoring of the quality of the clinical laboratory and competitive human-based services.更多还原
