【摘要】 ·OH与碳酸盐反应产生CO3·?并产生化学发光。研究了其发光行为,对影响化学发光强度的实验因素进行优化,建立了检测CO3·?的化学发光体系。该体系由80μL2mmol/LCuCl、110μL6.5mmol/LH2O2和810μL75mmol/L碳酸盐缓冲液(pH9.8)组成,反应总体积为1mL。该体系具有简便、快速、灵敏和价廉的优点,已成功地应用于检测茶多酚、芦丁和槲皮素清除CO3·ˉ的能力,结果满意。

【Abstract】 ·OH reacts with carbonate to yield carbonate radical anion (CO3·?) and chemiluminescence. Based on this reaction, chemiluminescence behavior of the system was investigated. Experimental conditions for the method were optimized. A chemiluminescence system for determination of CO3·? was developed. It was composed of 2mmol/L CuCl solution 80μL, 6.5mmol/L H2O2 solution 110μL and 75mmol/L carbonate buffer 810μL (pH9.8). The volume of reaction was 1.0mL. This system was characterized by its simplicity, rapidity, sensitivity and inexpensive- ness. The recommended method had been successfully applied to determination of the ability of polyphenol, rutin, and quercetin scavenging CO3·? with satisfactory results.
