新型消光式烟度计的设计

【摘要】 根据消光式烟度计的工作原理,设计了一种基于光电检测技术的新型消光式烟度计。当光束通过机动车排出的尾气时,会产生对光的吸收和散射,从而减小光能量。将衰减前后的光能量相比较,通过计算机处理,可得到尾气的消光度与烟度值。讨论了仪器设计的技术指标、结构、定标及特点。检测试验证明,仪器性能稳定,测量数据重复性好。

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of light extinction and using the photoelectric technology, a new type of smoke meter was designed to measure the smoke intensity of motorcycle exhaust. When light passes through the exhaust, the energy of light is absorbed and scattered. The extinction coefficient and smoke intensity of the exhaust are obtained by computer through comparing the reduced energy with the original energy. The specifications, construction, calibration and characteristics of the instrument are described. The results of bench tests show that the performance of the new smoke meter is stable and the measured data have good reproducibility.
