反相高效液相色谱法测定啤酒中的酚酸
Determination of phenolic acids in beer by RP-HPLC
【摘要】 建立了一种利用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定啤酒中10种酚酸的方法。没食子酸、原儿茶酸、儿茶素、香草酸、咖啡酸、丁香酸、表儿茶素、p-香豆酸、阿魏酸和槲皮素等在色谱柱Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm i.d.×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇/水(含0.1%醋酸),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,280和254 nm紫外检测,除表儿茶素(61.34%)外加标回收率都在96%~130%之间,RSD<5%。该方法可以简便、准确地测定啤酒中的酚酸。
【Abstract】 An analytical method of 10 kinds of phenolic acids in beer was established by RP-HPLC.The recoveries of gallic acid,protocatechuic acid,(+)-catechin,vanillic acid,syringic acid,caffeic acid,(-)-epicatechin,p-coumaric acid,ferulic acid and quercetin were between 96% and 130%(except(-)-epicatechin,only 61.34%) with Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm i.d.×250 mm,5 μm) and a gradient elution program.The eluant was CH3OH/H2O(0.1% HAc) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The ultraviolet detection wavelength was 254 and 280 nm.RSD was less than 5%.It is a convenient and accurate method for the determination of phenolic acids in beer.
