流动注射双安培法测定柚皮苷

【摘要】 基于柚皮苷的不可逆氧化和氧化铂的不可逆还原构成双安培检测体系应用于柚皮苷的直接检测。使用两支经阳极化预处理的铂电极,在外加电压为0 V时,通过偶合柚皮苷在一支电极上的氧化和氧化铂在另一支电极上的还原两个不可逆电极过程,构成流动注射双安培检测体系。实验发现,在pH 9.62BR(Briton Robinson)缓冲溶液中,测得柚皮苷氧化电流与其浓度在6.0×10-5~1.0×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9953,n=8),检出限为1.0×10-5mol/L。连续20次测定6.0×10-4mol/L柚皮苷,其峰电流相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.3%。常用药物赋形剂和无机离子均不干扰柚皮苷的测定。方法用于模拟样品中柚皮苷的测定。

【Abstract】 A simple,rapid,and accurate flow-injection electrochemical method for determination of Naringin is established.This method was based on the electrocatalytic oxidation of Naringin at the platinum electrode and the flow injection biamperometry principle of the irreversible couple system.By coupling the oxidation of Naringin at one Pt electrode to the reduction of PtO at the other electrode,under the applied potential difference of 0 V,the linearity between current and Naringin concentration was obtained over the range of 6.0×10-5~1.0×10-3 mol/L(r=0.9953,n=8) with the detection limit of 1.0×105 mol/L.The relative standard derivation of 3.3% was obtained for 20 successive determinations of 6.0×10-4 mol/L Naringin.The method was used for the determination of Naringin in real samples with satisfactory results.
