ICP-AES法同时测定TiNi形状记忆合金中杂质Co、Cu、Cr、Fe、Nb
Simultaneous determination of impurities Co,Cu,Cr,Fe and Nb in TiNi shape memory alloy by ICP-AES
【摘要】 研究建立了ICP-AES同时测定TiNi形状记忆合金中Co、Cu、Cr、Fe、Nb 5元素的方法。进行了必要的条件试验,选择了分析线及其他仪器工作参数;考察了方法检出限、H2SO4酸度及基体钛、镍对测定的影响、工作曲线线性。进行了准确度和精密度试验,各元素的加标回收率为Co 98.4%~99.6%、Cu 98.0%~103%、Cr 98.9%~99.6%、Fe 94.6%~95.8%、Nb 99.8%~102%。5种元素的相对标准偏差范围为4.2%~10%。
【Abstract】 A method for simultaneous determination of impurities Co,Cu,Cr,Fe and Nb in TiNi shape memory alloy by ICP-AES was developed.The analytical lines and the measuring parameters of instrument were selected.The detection limit,the concentration of sulfuric acid,the effect of matrix titanium and nickel on determination,and the linearity of calibration curve were examined.The recoveries of standard addition are 98.4%~99.6% for Co,98.0%~103% for Cu,98.9%~99.6% for Cr,94.6%~95.8% for Fe,99.8%~102% for Nb,respectively.The relative standard deviations(n=11) for five elements are 4.2%~10%.
