催化动力学荧光光度法测定痕量铜
Catalytic kinetic fluoremetric determination of trace copper
【摘要】 在氨性介质中,铜对H2O2氧化次甲基蓝褪色反应有强烈催化作用。研究发现,次甲基蓝的氧化产物在紫外线照射下发出强荧光,据此建立一种测定痕量铜的催化动力学荧光光度法。本法检出限达0.02 ng/mL,铜的质量浓度在0~6 ng/mL范围内与相对荧光强度(ΔF)有良好线性关系。
【Abstract】 In ammonium medium,copper has a strong catalytic effect on discolor reaction of methylene blue oxidized by hydrogen peroxide.A method for the determination of trace copper by catalytic kinetic fluoremetry was established based on oxidation products of methylene emitting strong fluorescence by ultraviolent irradiation.The detection limit of the method is 0.02 ng/mL,and the content of copper(Ⅱ) within 0~6 ng/mL has a good linear relationship with fluorescence intensity.
