【Abstract】 A method was established for the determination of erythromycin residue in shrimp by high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorometric detection.The sample pretreatment procedures were studied.A new sample pretreatment method was proposed includes extraction with acetonitrile,extraction with n-hexane for the removal of fats,re-extraction with dichloromethane.The method is cheap and sensitive,The limit of detection is 150 μg/kg.The mean recovery exceeds 75%.更多还原
