催化动力学光度法测定微量银
Determination of silver by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method
【摘要】 依据在H2SO4介质中,Ag+对(NH4)2S2O8氧化Mn2+的强烈催化作用,建立了测量微量Ag+的新动力学光度法。方法的线性范围为0.05~2.0μg/mL,检出限为1.5×10-5mg/mL,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.1×104L.moL-1.cm-1。测定了反应的动力学参数。用本法测定了矿样和废水样中的银。
【Abstract】 The catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of micro amounts of silver has been established based on the catalytic effect of silver on the redox reaction between Mn2+ and S2O82- in sulfuric acid medium. Calibration curve is linear for silver in the range of 0.05~2.0 μg Ag/mL,and the detection limit is 1.5×10-5 mg/mL and its molar absorptivity is 7.1×104 L·moL·cm-1.The method has been used for the determination of ore samples and waste water with satisfactory results.
